Quail Run is a resort-style gated community in the southern region of Mission Viejo, California. Residents enjoy many amenities, and are close to all local services.
The Quail Run – Centex subdivision was built by Centex and is comprised of 50 homes. Living space ranges from 2,893 to 3,600 square feet with three to six bedrooms, three to four baths, and two to three car garages. Amenities include a community swimming pool, and spa.
The Bel Mira at Quail Run neighborhood is made up of 93 condos and was built by Bramelia. These homes range from 2,230 to 2,637 square feet with four to five bedrooms, three baths, and three-car garages.
This community is served by the Capistrano Unified School District which provides facilities like Philip J. Reilly Elementary School, Newhart Middle School and Capistrano Valley High School. There are several private schools like Sunflower Montessori, Carden Academy, Al Ridah Academy, and Cornerstone Community School. There are several colleges in this region including Saddleback College which calls this city home and the University of California, Irvine.
Residents have access to the water and beaches of Lake Mission Viejo as well as many parks in the city. Quail Run is close to O’Neill Regional Park, Barbadanes Park, and Napoli Park. There are always picnic areas, playgrounds, and sports fields close by. Services are also within minutes and Mission Hospital is the largest medical facility in South Orange County.
Mission Viejo is known for its clean air, low crime, upscale communities, and tree-lined streets. This city also holds many triathlons and 5K runs throughout the year as well as holiday events.
